Terms of Use
These Terms govern your use of Envelope Printer Studio (the "App"). They supplement Apple's terms for App Store apps and in-app purchases. If a conflict exists, Apple's terms control where required by the App Store or applicable law.
App purpose
Envelope Printer Studio provides tools for creating, previewing, printing, saving, and reprinting envelope layouts. The app helps prepare print layouts, but you are responsible for checking addresses, printer settings, envelope placement, postage requirements, and final printed output before mailing.
License
We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, subject to these Terms and the App Store rules.
Subscriptions and purchases
Premium features may be offered through monthly subscriptions, yearly subscriptions, or a lifetime purchase. Prices, free trials, renewal terms, and billing details are shown in the App Store purchase sheet before you confirm a purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple ID account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings under your Apple ID subscriptions.
Free trials
If a free trial is offered, it begins when you confirm the subscription. Unless canceled before the trial ends, the subscription converts to a paid renewal according to the terms shown by Apple at purchase time.
Refunds
Purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled by Apple under Apple's refund policies. You can request a refund through Apple's official purchase support channels.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the app to create, print, or manage mailings that:
- Violate applicable laws or postal rules.
- Infringe another person's rights.
- Support fraud, harassment, impersonation, or deceptive activity.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the app or its services.
Your content and privacy
You are responsible for the names, addresses, envelope text, and other content you enter into the App, including having any permission needed to use that information. Our handling of information is described in the Privacy Policy. Usage Analytics and Crash Reports are optional, and you can change those choices in the App under Settings > Privacy & Diagnostics.
Third-party services
The App may interact with services provided by Apple, including Contacts, iCloud, CloudKit, StoreKit, and AirPrint, and with Google Firebase Analytics or Crashlytics when you enable the relevant optional category. Availability and operation of these services are controlled by their providers and may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
Printer and output responsibility
Printer hardware, AirPrint behavior, paper handling, and envelope alignment can vary. Always preview and test output before printing important batches. We are not responsible for wasted envelopes, postage, failed delivery, or printer-specific output differences.
No warranty
To the extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available." We work to keep it useful and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every printer or third-party service, or error-free output. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Apple standard EULA
Where applicable, your use of the app is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, available at Apple's standard EULA page.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the App at any time. Your license may end if you materially violate these Terms or Apple's applicable terms. Provisions that by their nature should continue, including ownership, disclaimers, and limitations of liability, survive termination.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the app changes or legal requirements change. The updated date at the top of this page will reflect the latest version.
Severability
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
